STAND HEATING SYSTEMS |

Stand heating systems are interesting for transport companies and container depots. They afford heating of several tank containers at the same
time with only one system. This system is also a thermofluid system with heat carrier glycol or a water / glycol mixture which is stored in a
system appropiate tank. The heatpower of our stand heating systems are remarkable higher than of the usual heating systems for tank containers.
The compact heating systems which are mounted inside an IBC- frame generate a heatpower up to 36kW. Furthermore we also offer bigger stand heating
systems with more heatpower. A particular feature of all stand heating systems is a special designed Flow-Box©. It prevents from heating up the complete amount of heating medium in the tank and makes sure, that only the thermofluid which is pumped through the steampipes will be heated up. The most recent design of our mobile stand heating system IBC 36 with improved handling. The reliability of the single parts are further improved and the alignment of each module was optimized. For example the air connector for pressing out the heating medium is now fitted with pressure gauge and ball valve. The applied heater elements are now particularly durable and made of Incoloy. Although the certainly most significant improvement is the relocation of the control housing to a comfortable accessible position in chest height. |
